This is considered a Healing soup by the Korean Tradition, and it is prepared to celebrate life and birth, that is why we wanted to make it Vegan or Vegetarian to celebrate Life, all life matterย ๐๐
Ingredients
- ๐ผ1 packet of tempeh
- ๐ผ2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- ๐ผ1/2 Garlic Powder
- ๐ผ1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- ๐ผ1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- ๐ผ15 Gr of seaweed sheets, or stripes
- ๐ผ1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- ๐ผ1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- ๐ผ1 Tbsp Salt
Instructions
- ๐ฆ First of all prepare the tempeh
- Boil the tempeh in a medium size pan with water, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- ๐ฆ Then take the tempeh out of the water when it is done boiling, and set it aside
- ๐ฆ Meanwhile cut in 1 inch stripes the seaweed sheets by the long side, and place them in a container and cover them with water
- ๐ฆ Cut the tempeh in finger size pieces, and heat up a saucepan in medium heat, pour the sesame oil when hot, and then put the boiled tempeh, try to golden the pieces on each side, careful not to burn them
- ๐ฆ Take the seaweed out of the water by draining it and washing them once more
- ๐ฆ In a pot place the cooked tofu and drained seaweed and again cover them with water
