Use Baking Powder, not Baking Soda
You can add a vegan egg to the recipe for more fluffiness (Just Egg, a mix of a ratio 1:1 chickpea flour, or 1:1 Chia
seeds and water)
Decorate it as you would prefer, Syrop, vegan butter, fruit, pecans or almonds, go CRAZY
Ingredients
- 🌱 1 Cup of Flour (Your choice of flour)
- 🌱 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
- 🌱 1/4 Teaspoon of salt
- 🌱 1 Cup of Non-dairy Milk Plain (Almond is the best)
- 🌱 2 Tablespoon of melted butter (Vegan Butter)
- 🌱 1.5 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- 🌸 Mix together the dry ingredients (Flour - Baking Powder - Salt)
- 🌸 Stir in the rest of the ingredients (Vanilla extract - Vegan Butter - Nondairy Milk)
- 🌸Get a pan medium heated, add some vegan butter or oil (The vegan butter makes the edges extra crispy)
- 🌸Scoop 1/4 cup of the mix and spread it into the pan
- 🌸 Let it cook for about 3-4 minutes, usually, the top starts to bubble and the bottom gets a bit brown
- 🌸Flip to the other side and let it cook 1-2 extra minutes
