You can substitute the salt with black salt that has a taste like egg
You can add ground black pepper
Ingredients
- 🌱 1 Block of Extra Firm Tofu
- 🌱 1 Tbs of Vegan Butter
- 🌱 2 Tbs of Nutritional Yeast
- 🌱1/2 Tsp of turmeric for color
- 🌱 1/2 Tsp of Paprika for color
- 🌱 1 Tsp of Dijon Mustard
- 🌱 1/2 Tsp of Garlic Powder
- 🌱 1/4 Tsp of Onion Powder
- 🌱 1/3 Cup of Plant-based Milk
- 🌱 1/4 Tsp of salt *
Instructions
- 🌸 Smash the Tofu with a fork, not too smashy, leave some chunks
- 🌸 Mix the plant-based milk in a bowl with the nutritional yeast, turmeric, paprika, dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt
- 🌸 Add the Vegan butter to a medium-high frying pan and when hot place the tofu and the liquid mix, leave it until browned, do not mix it too much
- 🌸Served it hot with the decoration you would like, grape tomatoes, chopped green onion
